Description

Summary says it all. The ccl-init file only gets loaded when a listener is opened for the first time, which does not automatically happen if CLL is launched by opening a file.

In what execution context (thread) do you think ccl-init should load if not the initial listener's ?

I think that the current behavior is more viable than any other behavior that I can think of.

See also some of the recent discussion in ticket:87. I could be convinced that I'm wrong about this, but I haven't been able to convince myself of that.

  • Resolution set to fixed
  • Status changed from new to closed

Having done some more homework on this I realize that this issue has already been addressed with the ccl-ide-init file. I actually knew that this feature existed, but somehow came to believe that the name of the file was "ccl-cocoa-init" rather than "ccl-ide-init", which led me to think that this feature had gone away. Sorry about the confusion.
