In OS X Command-H generally means "Hide Application". Would Command-Shift-H do?

The particular key sequence isn't terribly important, as long it is easy to remember! A two-key sequence (Command-<something>) would be nice, if there is anything is available, since it's a sequence that one might use fairly often.

  • Resolution set to fixed
  • Status changed from new to closed

Added cmd-shift-E for Execute All in r12014.

cmd-E is Execute Selection, so cmd-shift-E for Execute All seemed like a reasonable choice.

This stuff ultimately needs to be more easily customizable by the user.
