#1382 new enhancement

Separate IDE from running Lisp via Swank

The Listener, Editor, Inspector, etc. in the IDE should interact with a separate Lisp process and image via the Swank protocol. That way there’d be no issue with having ASDF (or any other package) loaded in the IDE, because the Lisp it’s interacting with is entirely separate and controlled.

Of course it should also be easy to open a listener connected to the running IDE, load the contents of an editor into a running IDE, and so on.
