Tramp-mode windows in Hemlock

Description

To support ticket:1147, we need tramp-mode windows in Hemlock. Cocoa needs to know there's not a "real" file attached to the window, so if the user command-clicks on the window's title no menu would drop down. Tramp-mode hemlock windows know what to do when opening and saving remote files (they stream bytes across the connection). Colors of tramp-mode windows need to be (able to be) different from normal Hemlock windows, for easy visibility. Likewise with remote listener windows. Any functions that pay attention to the underlying file mapping of a window need to DTRT. Meta-dot on a tramp-mode window should automatically do a remote edit-definition. If remote connection is broken, give user the option to save the file locally instead rather than go down in flames. Let the user provide a hook function that gets invoked automatically to establish (or reestablish) the remote connection.
