#1147 new enhancement

Meta-dot doesn't work with cocoa-remote-lisp

Description

Meta-dot should work on names typed into a remote listener window, or typed into editor windows when a) A remote listener window is the frontmost listener window, or b) That particular editor window is a tramp-mode editor window.

Many functions like Inspect now work well in remote listener windows. Editing and meta-dot should work equally well. The real issue is implementing some kind of tramp mode. A quick and dirty solution might be to insist that users use sshfs (e.g. http://osxfuse.github.io/) or Apple File Sharing and then mount the remote file system. But in that case, a smart mapping mechanism would be necessary to map remote pathnames to local pathnames. Might be easier to just invent a tramp mode and spew the remote files bytes across the wire. In which case we need a new kind of Hemlock editor window.
