Where did you get CCL? Did you download it via Subversion from svn.clozure.com or get it from ftp://ftp.clozure.com/pub/release/1.9/ccl-1.9-windowsx86.zip or from somewhere else? If you'll provide some more information on where you got your copy of CCL, that would help someone take a look.

I'm inclined to think that your anti-virus software is reporting a false positive. Have you tried scanning your wx86cl.exe with some other anti-virus product in order to verify the reported result?

I scanned wx86cl.exe from the zip file at two online virus scanning sites. Here are the results:

(I don't know how long these URLs will remain valid, but I'll paste them here anyway.)

On the VirusTotal site, 1/51 scanners flagged a potential virus (Bkav flagged HW32.Nonim.pgow). On Metascan, 2/40 scanners flagged a potential virus: ByteHero flagged Trojan.Win32.Heur.Gen, and F-secure flagged Suspicious:W32/Malware!Online.

I conclude that these are false positives. I'm closing this ticket.
