When running (cl-glut-examples:gears), an exception occurs, and the kernel debugger is invoked.

To reproduce:

In your packages directory, you'll need:

• alexandria
  
• babel
  
• cffi
  
• cl-opengl
  
• trivial-features
  

At the repl:

(asdf:oos 'asdf:load-op :cl-glut-examples)
(cl-glut-examples:gears)

It is believed to be a CFFI and foreign functions related issue. See IRC log of 3rd June, 2009 for more details.

The earlier version 1.4 of Clozure CL64 runs fine on my PowerMac G5, but not the current version 1.5. When I start it up, I get the following error in AltConsole:
