In NSEVENT-TO-KEY-EVENT, don't drop the Meta bit even if the event produces
a STANDARD-CHAR on Cocotron. (Typing ALT-C generally produces the character
C on Cocotron; OPTION-C generally produces an accented or other non-standard
char on the Mac.)

(Note that extended commands that prompt in the echo area don't work yet
in Cocotron: there seems to be some issue switching between the main
text view and the echo area. In general, recursive event processing - as
happens during incremental search - does seem to work on Cocotron.)
