In COMPUTE-BOYER-MOORE-JUMPS, use EDITOR-ERROR to keep the sky from
falling.

Note that - like CL-PPCRE - this code is now making very large vectors
(bounded by CHAR-CODE-LIMIT). If it's not making a lot of them, that
might be OK.
