New 32-bit x86 Darwin interfaces, with explicit struct return info.
Set min macosx version to 10.4, not 10.4.8. (32-bit x86 support was
added to Darwin sometime after 10.4; 64-bit x86 support wasn't added
until 10.4.8. We use 10.4 when building the kernel and that seems
to work OK.)
