     5Cyrus Harmon is a graduate student in genetics at UC Berkeley who uses OpenMCL to analyze spatial patterns of gene expression in fruit flies (Drosophila). Cyrus is a big fan of OpenMCL and has been using it for a few months. He hopes to publish some of his experiences using OpenMCL, in particular those regarding interfacing with foreign code, in the not-too-distant future.
