FWIW I get the same error with Clozure Common Lisp Version 1.7-dev-r14406M-trunk (WindowsX8664) as well as 1.6-r14468M

We can't duplicate this using an up-to-date trunk version of 64-bit Windows CCL.

There was a low-level win64 gc/threads bug that was fixed a few months ago; it's conceivable that this crash could have been a symptom of that.
