Apropos dialog enhancement

It would be very useful to have a second text entry field to allow inclusion or exclusion of a second search string. Either a second text entry field or perhaps a Google search like interface in one line using some escape character to denote a - or + instruction.

All fields assumed to be AND combined.

Hence "list" returns 823 hits, while "class" + "list" would zero in on 3 hits (plus a couple of duplicates).

Or say "list" - "-" would help thin out hits to list list* dolist ...
