Apropos no Copy, but Cut

In Apropos listing, select an item, in Edit menu the Copy menu item is disabled, sometimes also Paste. (Cut appears to do nothing (was hoping it might be a Copy).

Very first use of Apropos, the item Edit menu includes Cut, Copy & Paste. On selecting another item, either Copy or Copy and Paste become disabled.
